The Nursing Alumni
Chapter
has its zPatriots.com
community site up and running. All interested alumni are encouraged to
sign on and learn more about the chapter's events and activities, as well
as to post your latest news. The 2001 Research Day and the Evelyn Cohelan
Lecture Series will be held together again in the spring. The College
of Nursing and Health Science, Inova Health System, and the Epsilon Zeta
Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International are sponsoring this event, which
brings experts together to share critical information on health care quality,
research, and policy issues with area nurse professionals and students.
Dr. Cohelan, founding dean of the Department of Nursing, will present
the 2001 Cohelan Leadership Award, and a nationally prominent speaker
will deliver the Cohelan Lecture.
The School of Management Alumni Chapter
has established an SOM alumni community web page on zPatriots.com.
All the latest news and events regarding the chapter and the School of
Management are posted on this site. Come celebrate Homecoming with fellow SOM

The Civil Engineering Alumni Chapter

The Law Alumni Chapter
will hold
its fourth annual Judicial and Legislative Reception on May 23, 2001, at the
School of Law in Arlington. Also, plans are under way to have a huge presence
of law alumni partying at the Virginia Gold Cup races on May 5, 2001. For more

The Forensics
Team Alumni Chapter
is planning to hold a 30th anniversary reunion to coincide
with the AFA Nationals, which will be held at George Mason April 6 through
9, 2001. The chapter has generated a great deal of interest from former
forensics team members to serve as judges and attend a reunion. If you
