1980s

Michael Tasker, J.D. '80, left the FBI as a special agent in 1981 and moved to Bellingham, Wash., where he has been in private practice specializing in criminal law and personal injury.

James K. Lowe, J.D. '88, serves as in-house counsel for Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, Inc., and directs the firm's construction administration department.

Christine M. McAnney, J.D. '89, has been named a partner at Venable in McLean, Va. She represents architects and engineers in matters including issues of design and structural failure, drafting and negotiation of contracts, and alternative dispute resolution. She also represents owners and contractors with respect to construction-related litigation matters.

Gregory McClinton, J.D. '89, received a certificate of appreciation from Los Angeles Municipal Court for service as Judge Pro Tem in the Temporary Judges program, May 11, 1999.

1990s

Juliet D. Hiznay, J.D. '97, has been named senior associate with Albo & Oblon, LLP. She continues to practice civil and business litigation at the firm's Arlington, Va., office.

Marko Jankovic, J.D. '97 has become an associate with Albo & Oblon, LLP. He concentrates his practice in civil and employment litigation at the firm's Arlington, Va., office.
