Paul Becka, B.A. Business Administration'72, is senior vice president for information technology at Wesbanco Bank, a 60-branch bank headquartered in Wheeling, W. Va.

Gary Zell, B.S. Business Administration '74, is vice president and area manager for Columbia National Mortgage Corporation, where he is responsible for mortgage lending in Virginia.

Alan Dreher, B.S. Business Administration '78, is commander of the First District, which includes the Capitol Hill neighborhood, in the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C.

1980s

Kathryne Anne Pusch, B.S. Business Administration '80 and M.B.A. '84, is owner and president of ConsultKAP Inc., a management and marketing consulting and business intermediary firm serving the Atlanta, Ga., metropolitan area.

Humberto J. Buitrago, B.S. Business Administration '81, is a lieutenant colonel in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard and is pursuing an M.S. degree in General Administration. He and his wife, Loribel, have three daughters: Adriana (7), Paola (6), and Maria Cecilia (4).

Nicholas J. Giuliani, B.S. Finance '81, resigned from Honeywell Corporation in 2000 to become a full-time stay-at-home dad of two boys, which enabled his wife to accept a vice president position with extensive travel.

Leasa Bass, B.S. Business Administration '82, earned an M.A. in Information System Management from Webster University and is working on a Ph.D. in Technology and Education. She has served in the U.S. Army; taught general equivalency diploma classes in the St. Louis County Jail; played fiddle professionally in Branson, Mo.; and did COBOL programming for the Department of the Army.

Marty Johnson, B.S. Accounting '82 and M.B.A. '83, and Jenny Wodinsky are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Carly Alexandra, on August 11, 2001.

Stephen E. Meyer, B.S. Management '83, is a pilot and captain for American Eagle Airline at LaGuardia Airport in New York.

Lisa (Rudolph) Featherngill, B.S. Accounting '85, leads First Union's financial planning group in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Stanley E. Lamarre, B.S. Accounting '85, is sales manager for Bill Barry Volkswagen Corporation in West Hartford, Conn.

Linda M. Gambatesa, B.S. Management '87, is director of Oval Office operations in the White House, coordinating with White House staff on everything from the correspondence the president signs and the time he needs between appointments to his social commitments and activities at Camp David.

Loretta (DesJardins) Myers, B.S. Finance '87, gave birth to Joshua Lee on September 19, 2001, and left her job as a financial analyst with Freddie Mac to stay home with him and his brother, Christopher.

1990s

Bryan R. Jones, B.S. Business Administration '93, graduated from Southern Seminary with a Doctor of Education in Leadership and is now pastor of a local church and an adjunct professor.

Brian Mitchell, B.S. Accounting '94, is chairman and CEO of eCoustics.com, an online consumer electronics shopping portal for home theater, audio, video, and car audio.

David Spence, B.S. Finance '96, is a broker for Charles Schwab and Company in Phoenix, Ariz., where he has built a new home.

Charles Edward Bizell Jr., B.S. Finance '97, is an M.B.A. student in the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Keeney, M.B.A. '97, is director of sales for the DC United professional soccer team.

Chad Woodford, B.S. Finance '97, and his wife, Stacey, announce the birth of their son, Samuel Russell, on July 20, 2001. Chad is a pilot/first officer for Continental Express and is based in Cleveland.

Beom Joon Yun, B.S. Finance '97, married Alison Ann Hurtado, B.S. Geology '97, on September 12, 1998. Their son was born on July 10, 2000. Joon is a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Inc. in Alexandria, Va., and Alison is a web implementation specialist at Meridian KSI in Chantilly, Va.

Simeon Dimitrov, B.S. Management and Marketing '98, married Marisa Cleveland, B.A. Communication '97 and M.A.I.S. '01, in May 2000. He is a consultant with Accenture and earned an M.S. in Project Management from George Washington University in May 2000.

Brett Millican, M.B.A. '98, was promoted to lieutenant commander in the U.S. Coast Guard and is now the executive officer aboard the USCG cutter Sundew out of Duluth, Minn. His family includes wife Leslie, daughter Emily (6), and son Garrett (2). Brett and Leslie were expecting twin boys in March 2002, "our very own Minnesota Twins!" as Millican wrote in January 2002.

2000s

Sheikh Kamal, B.S. in Decision Science '00, works for Stanley Associates Inc. as a database administrator and is stationed in the Middle East with a U.S. Army project. He was married in January 2002.

Cynthia A. Walker, B.S. Decision Science '01, is pursuing a master's degree in engineering management. Her son, Jonathon, is one year old.
