Homecoming 2000

You won't want to miss George Mason's first homecoming of the 21st century, as the Patriots take on James Madison University in a men's basketball showdown! Join your fellow alumni, along with the entire university community, for the second annual pregame block party, held at the Patriot Center on the Fairfax Campus. The block party will feature music and entertainment for the entire family. Food and beverages will be available to keep you energized for the big game, or you can bring your own picnic. Blocks (three parking spaces) can be reserved in advance by groups of alumni, students, faculty and staff, or members of the community. The following groups have already reserved space for the celebration:

To reserve your space, please call the Office of Alumni Affairs at (703) 993-8696. Blocks will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis on game day, so make your reservations and arrive early! Following the block party, we'll cheer for the Patriots as they take on the James Madison Dukes. Game time is 4:30 p.m. in the Patriot Center. Tickets for the game are $10 for adults, $5 for youths (18 and under) and seniors, and free for children under 2. Groups of 20 or more can purchase tickets for $5 per person.
