For Those Who Aren't Afraid of Public Speaking...

Do you enjoy public speaking? Do you consider yourself an expert on a particular topic? Would you like others to benefit from your knowledge and experience? If so, the University Speakers Bureau wants YOU! The University Speakers Bureau is a community outreach program that provides expert speakers to businesses, schools, libraries, homeowners associations, and civic organizations in Northern Virginia. The program started in 1993 and currently boasts more than 100 faculty and staff speakers who participate on a volunteer basis.

If you are interested in joining the University Speakers Bureau, contact Traci Claar in the George Mason University Community Relations Office at (703) 993-8846.
