Homecoming

On February 20, 1999, approximately 200 alumni, students, faculty, and staff of George Mason braved the elements to enjoy the first annual Homecoming Block Party. More than 30 individual groups were represented. With music blaring, balloons flying, chili and cider on the stove, and the anticipation of another Patriot win, nobody was thinking about the weather, and a new Mason tradition was born.
