Sandi (Dittrich) Adams, M.S. Conflict Management '86, has had her own business, offering conflict resolution and mediation services and training, since leaving her position five years ago as director of the mediation/conflict management training program at Woodbury College. She has just published a book, What the Fly Heard: What Mediators Say Behind Closed Doors.
