Kathryn J. Trotter, B.S.N. '82, earned an M.S.N. at the University of Kentucky in 1987 and a post-master's certificate as a family nurse practitioner at Duke University in May 1998. She is working as a certified nursemidwife at Harris & Smith Ob/Gyn, PA, in Durham, N.C.Beverly Wheeler, B.S.N. '89 and M.S.N. '91, is a cardiothoracic nurse specialist at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., and presented research regarding the emotional aspects of women after cardiac surgery at the National Cardiovascular Conference in San Francisco. She also works as a legal R.N. consultant.

'93, is a captain in the U.S. Air Force and has been assigned to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, as an assistant chief in the Healthcare Integration Family Practice Clinic.Maile E. Kalinowski, B.S.N. '94, a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, has been assigned to duty at Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy.
